Course Costs & Government Funding

• All courses attract Commonwealth and State Government funding for eligible participants.
• Courses may attract a tuition fee of:
  • between $0 and $187.50 for Certificates
  • between $0 and $385 for Diplomas
  • between $0 and $495 for Advanced Diplomas
• Some courses may have prerequisites
• Some courses may require field placement if not working within the industry.
• Some courses may attract materials costs.

Course Resource qualified careers consultants can assist you with course selection, career mapping and assistance with choosing elective subjects. This can assist with career progression, as well as ensuring you are maximising the benefit from the available government funding.

Returning to Study

If you haven’t studied in the past 10, 20, 30 years – Course Resource can link you with a course provider that can provide you with the support you need to complete your course. We can also validate your current work experience so that you have less study time to complete. There is no point in you attending a class you could actually teach.

School Leavers

Course Resource offer course selection advice from our qualified career counsellors. This service is totally free and designed to help you make the right decisions about getting into the job or industry you want to commence your career in.

Workplace Validation

Course Resource can link you with a course provider that can validate your current work place or field experience. This process – Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) minimises the amount of course work you are required to do and recognises the work based experience you already have.

How to apply

Applying for your course is easy. Select your course from the list under each industry. At the top of the course information is a red “APPLY” button. Click on this and it will take you through to the referral form. Fill in this form, upload your identification (Medicare card and drivers licence) and push the “SUBMIT” button. The form is sent through to a consultant who will review your referral. Once your referral has been actioned you will receive a confirmation email.
