The Diploma of Retail Management is suited to those working in the
retail industry with no formal qualifications. Applicants in a
management position or those moving into higher level management or
supporting senior management in a large retail operation will be ideally
suited to this qualification.

Entry Requirements

  • Age over 18 years
  • Satisfactory completion of Year 12 or equivalent  with sufficient language literacy, numeracy or communication skills
  • Mature age entry with relevant industry experience
