Course information


This course is for students who want to be employed as office assistants, receptionists, meet-and-greet guides or attendants within a range of tourism enterprises such as museums and tourist centres. Students explore sales, operations and customer service skills combined with basic tourism knowledge.

Modes of study


This course is delivered in a classroom and if applicable in practical based environment with practical requirements simulated to reflect the real work situation. The delivery of training will include a mixture of classroom theory, practical delivery, group discussions, and individual research.
