This course is the ideal entry point for those who work or wish to work in the alcohol and other drugs (AOD) sector, supporting people dealing with AOD issues. The skills you gain will prepare you to work with different groups, including Aborigines, Torres Strait Islanders and people from non-English speaking backgrounds, in a range of settings such as community-based organisations, residential rehabilitation and outreach services.
