Applying for your course is easy. Click on the red “APPLY” button and it will take you through to the referral form. Fill in this form, upload your identification (Medicare card and drivers licence) and push the “SUBMIT” button. The form is sent through to a consultant who will review your referral. Once your referral has been actioned you will receive a confirmation email.
